Development Account Representative

We are a growing privately held company seeking a Development Account Representative to join our team in Carlsbad. The Development Account Representative is responsible for the development and expansion of Global 1’s network through relationships with physicians and administrative staff. This is a field-based provider relations position, primarily focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with new providers and their staff, obtaining signed contracts, and working with (Global 1) provider advocates to get surgeons and facilities successfully utilizing the Global 1 bundles and quality programs.
In this role, you’ll use persistence to connect with surgeons and key administrative personnel, with the goal of migrating cases out of the hospital setting and into a Global 1 contracted surgery center. Account Representatives design and implement strategies to connect with providers (ASC, surgeon, anesthesia), and practice managers. Through bundling surgical episodes, the Account Representative will help to increase quality, price transparency, and lower costs. Account Representatives will work from home and travel to sites primarily located in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and inland areas.
Requirements:
Essential Functions:
- Direct and implement strategies to development and grow provider network
- Explain the Global 1 program to perspective providers and ensure understanding of the Global 1 contract language
- Assist (Global 1) provider advocates in setting-up providers (and sites) in the implementation of the Global 1 bundles and
quality programs - Identify and connect with new surgeons and facilities within assigned territory
- Update and maintain Global 1’s proprietary database; help detail the database for senior provider relations personnel
- Engage, influence, and support providers through in-person meetings and phone calls using excellent interpersonal skills
- Deliver provider presentations: effectively communicate the overall Global 1 value proposition
- Assist in the on-boarding of new providers for quality and bundle programs

Global One is a growing privately held company seeking a Provider Advocate to join the Carlsbad team. The Provider Advocate is responsible for the active engagement of Global 1’s network, providing tools and support to enhance and strengthen our network partnerships. This is a field-based provider relations position primarily focused on educating, ensuring quality, training, troubleshooting, supporting, and growing existing Global 1 providers within the Southern CA region.
In this role, you’ll use your strong customer service orientation to serve as an advocate for providers in our network. Provider Advocates design and implement programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the Global 1 Program, providers (ASC, surgeon, anesthesia), and practice managers. The goal is to increase satisfaction through our provider’s ability to maximize the benefits of eligible bundled services processed through our program. This a work from home position, with travel to sites primarily located in the San Diego, Orange County, and inland areas.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports, developing and maintaining department budgets and generating cost reports, and performing the accounts payable process. The successful candidate will also collect pertinent information for third-party audits, oversee financial reporting and operations and will be a point of contact for accounting issues.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, management reports and reconciliations
