In his most recent role as Vice President at Centene Corporation, he created and executed a multi-year strategic product roadmap to rapidly advance membership within Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial products with a focus on improving access, cost, and quality.
Grant’s business background in government programs and consumer goods has helped advance a customer-focused approach within healthcare. He earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a bachelor’s degree from Benedictine College.

With more than two decades working in orthopedics, Leggett’s experience includes founding a network of independent, physician-owned outpatient surgery centers. Ladd MacDonald began his journey with Global 1 in 2017. Previously, MacDonald served as CEO of Medical Anesthesia Consultants (MAC), a 120-physician medical group, where he led the sale of MAC to Sheridan/Envision. He has been the CFO or senior finance leader of several companies. Ladd is a CPA and was a consultant at Deloitte.

As a member of the Global 1 team since 2011, Sandra Souter has led operations and drove business requirements and protocols foundational to Global 1’s technology platform. Previously, Sandra was VP of Client Services and Sales for the retirement division of a large banking institution where she managed over $15B in assets, 1.1 M accounts, 850,000 clients, and 200 employees. She also has managed call center operations overseeing 75 customer service representatives. Sandra Souter is Director of Global One Ventures. Sandra provides management and oversight to Global One’s bundled methodology program. Her responsibilities include management of billing, contracting, network development, and marketing.

Involved since 2009, Mike Bailey has been involved with the development and implementation of the statewide network of Global 1 Bundled Payments into outpatient surgery centers. Bailey has an extensive business background in both surgery center development and the medical device industry, primarily orthopedic and spine devices.

Chip Burgett is a seasoned healthcare executive with leadership experience in all aspects of the healthcare market: insurance carrier management, Fortune 500 benefit leader, hospital executive, and entrepreneur. For the past twelve years, Burgett has been a critical player in contract negotiation and payment methodology. Previously, he was the COO of BridgeHealth Medical and founding partner of Burgett & Dietrich (now Healthscope Benefits).
